Shipping Policy

Once and order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Please note, House of Caswell is not liable for shipping addresses entered incorrectly during checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing an order. If your order is returned to us due to an address entered incorrectly, we will re-ship the item to you again only if arrangements are made for you to pay for shipping and handling again. 

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

We offer multiple shipping options via USPS and transit times noted at checkout are approximate.

House of Caswell is USA based and we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns

Here at House of Caswell we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return is needed so we do allow returns on clothing items only. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of your delivery date and store credit will be issued.

Please note:

  • All sales on original art pieces and art prints are final: We are not able to accept returns on these items, but please let us know if any damage occurred during transit and we will do our best to make it right.

  • We Are Not Responsible for Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during shipping or return transit.

  • Must Have Tags and Be Unworn : Items must be returned with original tags attached and show no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Late Returns: Late returns will be sent back to the customer.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • No Price Adjustments: We do not offer price adjustments on returned items.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use, must be free of stains and odors and must be unwashed to qualify for store credit.

  • Right to Refuse Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.

  • Right to Modify Policy: We reserve the right to modify our return policy at any time.

  • Return costs: You are responsible for charges for return shipping.
